Yury Gampel immigrated to the US at the age of 7 from Soviet Ukraine. He got his B.S. in biology from the University of Southern California and his doctorate in chiropractic medicine from Southern California University of Health Sciences.
Dr. Yury Gampel, D.C., received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences, College of Chiropractic in 1997. He also managed 17 outpatient surgery centers.
Nationwide Investments LP
Yury founded this company that owned and operated mobile homes and RV parks nationwide. The portfolio was sold to a private equity investment group in 2013.
Yury founded this healthcare conglomerate that specializes in primary care, sports medicine, and pain management in 2014. The holding was sold to a private equity investment group in 2018.
Yury Gampel is the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Modern Vascular Group. He currently sits as the board chairman. Modern Vascular is a group of affiliated outpatient clinics providing minimally invasive endovascular procedures. Since its formation in 2017, Modern Vascular has established a nationwide presence, currently residing in 10 states with the plan of growing to 12 states in the next few months.
Yury and his wife Irene founded the private foundation Embrace Foundation to give back to meaningful programs that effect positive change. Embrace Foundation is a global nonprofit that provides assistance to multiple causes, like bringing sustenance and opportunity to rural Nicaraguan communities, empowering homeless women and children through support services, and reuniting military working dogs with their handlers.

Good Shepherd Center empowers women and their children every step of the way to move from homelessness to lives of independence through housing, food, case management, employment services, and support services offered with dignity and love.
The Ashe Academy empowers families and students of color by helping to facilitate the transition from student to professional in the ARTS and STEM fields. This is accomplished through parental engagement, scholarships, mentorships, and support services.
Meet Yury’s Family
Yury Gampel is married to Irene Gampel. Together, they have four children. Breanna is a 1L at Emory University School of Law. Leah is finishing the Master of Public Policy program at the University of Massachusetts. Yael is studying Cognitive Science at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Noah Gampel is a scholar-athlete playing Division 1 Tennis and studying Business Administration at the University of California Berkley.

Yury and his family enjoy traveling to new and exciting places all around the world and taking in all of the culture and natural beauty.
Yury shares a passion for tennis with his family and enjoys hiking in nature, especially while traveling to new and exotic places.
Yury has a love of animals, especially dogs. He has two dogs of his own and works with Mission K9 Rescue to reunite retired military working dogs with their handlers.
